I always not doubtful that compliment do works on every human being, even a kid or oldies. Compliment with true heart is most important too. I will praise who i think is worth. I will praise anything i feel i love it. I praise with my sincere, i praise without expecting any repay. 

“Insults should be written in sand, compliments should be carved in stone”

Good word. We do not need to remember insulting, we do not need to mind the insulting. If you are doing the right thing, if you are real, why must you mind on the words people said? Just be yourself, be a Real of yourself.
